I found Kara's process was a really good strategy for reflecting on my business using more ‘emotional energy’ that led to constructive evaluation of my own personal and business development. Where as other times I’ve sought help with business development it has been a stronger focus on specific business problems and strategies. By reflecting back on not just my business but my personal and professional life, career and work history. still led to the same outcome. It was less problem focused and more inspiring.
