Hi Kara, Thank you so much for your Psychology Hacks for Social Media session at conference. We had some great feedback from attendees and I know I got a lot from the session myself. I’m currently reviewing my social media strategy so the session came at the perfect time.

Stopping to take the time to reflect on myself and my business! Although it was daunting at first and asked a few questions that I was unsure on the relevance, once I got into it it was quite enjoyable. Then when we did our final follow up session it all really made sense to me.Kara helped me to see that I am exactly where I need to be and doing what I need to be doing, but she also helped me to remember that it is okay to set my boundaries and that it is important to know my worth. By putting all of these things together it makes the business journey more clear and also more enjoyable.I hadn't done anything like this before, the closest things I had done was a personality test many years ago which focused on the SWOT chart and also applying for an award category approximately 5 years ago where I had to stop and reflect on the business and try to sell myself to the judges. Again, it felt uncomfortable at first, but once I got into it and took the time to answer the questions, it was rewarding.One thing in business that many of us fail to do is to stop and reflect on where we are in our business, where we have come from and all that we have overcome. 'Finding my Purpose' made me do all of this and to think about various questions that I had never been asked before. It gave me real insight into not just me and my business, but also my industry and what I liked about it and what I would like to be able to work towards changing. It also reminded me that my business and my job is my passion and gave me the spark back to share my knowledge with my clients and the other professionals that I work with.
